Floor Shifter/4x4 Shifter

Anyone know where i could get a floor shifter and a 4x4 shifter? and how hard they would be to hook up? from what i understand the floor shifter is just disconnecting the column shifter, cutting a hole in the floor and hooking it up but what about the 4x4 shifter?

You have to swap in a manual transfer case. The shop I work at just finished a manual t-case swap in an 01. We found the manual transfer case fairly easily & cheap, but literally called 45+ junkyards trying to find the shifter & linkage. Finally found it about two weeks later. Good luck finding one.

Alright its not like im in a rush to do it. Any thoughts on the floor shifter though?
