Well that would depend on how you enjoy a muffler. I put on my exhaust and saw my mpg drop due to my heavy foot, the general consensus is a couple mpg in the + direction though. I found it to be negligible. You usually don't put a muffler on there for mpg, its more for sound and air flow.
