fluid capacities

Dose anyone have a list of the fluid capacities,for a 3.0 engine,and a 5 speed manuel tranny. these are in my '04 super cab 2 wheel drive.Thanks

you can go to autozone.com and you can find your fluids capacity on repair info...then specifications. all you need to know i believe is there..(fluid type, capacity, etc.,)

for your motor 4 1/2 quarts,
for your trans 5.6 pints mercon atf
