Fluid Capacity of Manual Transmission

I cannot find it listed in my owner's manual. Does anyone know the fluid capacity for a 5 Speed MTF. My Explorer is a 2002 Sport Trac. Thanks, Joe

NOTE: I did search for this on the forum, but came up empty handed.

Thanks, I found it at Ford.com. It takes 5.6 pints which equals 2.8 qts of Dextron/Mercon III. -Joe
