Flush and inline filter question for 5R55S trans

Transmission went on my 04 explorer. Got a remanufactured 5R55S. Getting ready to install, I would like to know how other's have flushed out their trans lines and cooler. I have blown mine out with compressed air but has anyone used a flush? I see there are a couple of spray an types at different parts stores that you screw on and spray into the lines and cooler. I just want do it right.
Also has anyone installed a inline after market trans filter for added protection? If so any information would be greatly appreciated.

That is exactly how I did it, used a product called Kooler Klean I believe. Then installed the inline magnetic filter in the return line, downstream of the external cooler.
