FM Radio went out but AM works help

My FM radio has gone out while my father was driving the truck so i dont know what was going on when it went out. What I do know is I have tried 3 different radio decks so I know that it isnt the deck. I have replaced the whole antenna mast and cable with an another i got from a junk yard which worked on the junked explorer before buying it. The FM radio still doesnt work. I have checked the wiring and everything looks good. I have hooked up XM radio (still want FM radio too) to it through the AUX port and it works as well does the CD portion of the deck. I'm kinda lost on what this could be. Any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas on what the issue was? I've got a 96 Explorer stock unit. I was working on the window motors so I unhooked the neg. on the battery. After I was done I hooked it all back up and now my FM doesn't work, and I can't set the time. When I press the fm and time buttons nothing happens. Any thoghts?
