I just noticed for some reason that I have water in my drivers side fog light. Does anyone know how I go about removing the fog light assembly so I can hopefully try and dry it out??

mine dads explorer is like that, i am guessing the only way if water got inside, if there is crack on the fog light, causing condensation, but it looks to difficult to take out, so i aint bothering with it lol

Just get under the truck and pull the light bulb out. If you have an air compressor just shoot air in there and it'll dry out.

Removing the fog lights is easy.
On the image you can see the 3 holders. Each of them has 4 little noses that have to be squeezed together. Then push to the front of the car.
To squeeze the noses, use a ring wrench that exactly fits over the holder and then press against the noses. They go inside and you are able to push the holders one after another through the holes.
You also should remove the little blue sticker from the vent hole to allow condensation to get out.
Make the vent hole somewhat bigger and use a hair dryer to remove the water.
Seal the area between the glass and the housing.

I had to do this two times and now my fog light seems to be sealed.

(Sorry for my bad English. I'm from Germany.)

Thanks for the info. I popped it out, but when I unplugged the harness from the bulb water poured out from the wires which I thought was strange, not sure how all that water got in there. Anyways, I took it out, bought a can of spray air, dried it out, and then put a little silicone around the ring that the bulb mounts too and reinstalled everything. So far so good. I thought about removing the blue sticker to let it vent, but I figured with my luck it would end up letting more water in.
