really cheap on ebay i bought new one for my older 95. like 25 each,
also try the lens cleaner on ebay, Bought that for my wifes 98 windstar. which those headlights are like $130.00 each,,
that stuff works amazing after i did it it looks like a new 2004 light.
My suggestion is to get some diamond cut lenses from www.procarparts.com. they look much better IMO and have heard they give a much better beam pattern.
cheap but tedious fix: remove the housing from the truck - take it inside - hit it with a hairdryer until it clears up - add sealant to all areas where water may enter - let dry and reinstall. If this doesn't help, buy new ones.
