Actually Strunk & White's "Elements of Style" prefer the hyphenated "know-it-all". But 01svtL's point holds water regardless, IMHO. I'm accustomed to speaking with professionals, people with post-graduate educations. Rarely do I encounter an engineer, lawyer or physician who is openly intolerant of lesser-educated people's language as long as it is respectful. Nor do they rant and rave themselves, unless they're going through a nervous breakdown. :

I was ony kidding with him for registering here just to call someone a know it all and then spelling it "nowitall" hence the big smiley face I just thought that was funny, and I believe he understood that too. I do understand how posting with iphones can cause all kinds of misspellings. It happens to me too. I'm not sure what you are getting at but since you quoted me with that post while I wont brag about my resume, or work experiences I will tell you that you're not the only one around here with a college degree(s) working in a professional atmosphere.

I was just trying to get in on the fun myself. I didn't think about the iphone posting problem, but I fumble-finger enough with a full-size keyboard. Thank God for auto-spell check!

I sure will! It's not going to be nearly as nice as a couple that I saw posted here. But I'll be happy if it gets rid if the asthmatic wheeze that the stock setup makes.
