Ford door panels interchangeable into mercury mountaineer

Hey, I'm wondering if 96-01 ford expedition front door panels will fit on my 97 mercury mountaineer? I know many parts are interchangeable but I'm not sure on the door panels. Here's a pic of the ford door panels
