Is that a chip of the finish missing by the eject button? Not sure what you are referring to sinceyoubdidnt mention what we are suppose to be looking at.
If it is a chip that I think you are showing us, I'd get it replaced. It will only get worse.

Just the part is not aligned correctly. You can see there is space between the CD panel and side. I can pull it up little bit by put my finger under it but it goes back again once I release it.
Those are both pieces that come out fairly easily. If it bugs you, get it replaced. Not sure whether the plastic trim or the FDCIM is actually what's misaligned.
