Hi, newbie here!
My 92 Explorer has a dealer installed Ford "Remote Plus" alarm system installed in it.
I want to replace a missing keyless remote key fob.
I can't figure out how to get the system into programing mode.
I tried turning the key from off to run 5 times, then leaving it on run. Then I tried 6 times, then 7, 8, 9, &10.
None worked.
I seem to remember the Ford service guy reaching under the dash, maybe pushing the alarm disconnect button, then doing the key procedure.
Any ideas?
