might be able to find an exact match at the JY,

I went to 4 local auto wreckers all said you sure its 16in not 15in i check sticker on door it reads 255/70r16 are these an oddball put on certain vechiles if so what others will fit rims and all, or can I goto a 15in rim and if so what model for that.

16 inch rims were an option on the Explorer. I believe they were standard only on the Limited. Measure your rims to make sure they're 16, but I'd think that your EB has the nicer 16 inch rims. You can switch to 15 inch rims, but if you have AWD you should change them all so the tires match.

Explorer rims

I have a 99 X Limited AWD and when i bought it it had big 20" rims/tires. Im not much for that look so i went and bought a set of 15" mountaineer rims and put 30 x 9.50 bfg's on them. Anyway I bolted them up today and when i test drove it, it sounded like the rims were rubbing (metal on metal) I looked all around the rotors, calipers, and shroud and couldn't find anywhere that would be rubbing. Any ideas???
