Ford Stumped on my ABS Light?

Well, thought I'd just vent and throw out my comments on my ABS light, which suddenly, after the one year point, began to sporadically light and then go off for no obvious reason. Now when I say obvious, I know how to look for patterns from my work experience and the only thing that seemed to correlate was a hard brake but even that did not always turn on the light. So, after a few times looking at it Ford replaced the computer. Well, that lasted 24 hrs until a friend sat in the passenger seat and bingo, off again it went and it's been on for two weeks.

Bringing it back next week and they are going to give me a rental car and try to figure this out.

I wonder if anyone else has had any issues or if this is just mine. Hopefully it is.

Okay don't shoot me, but I had a 2004 explorer that had the same issue. I had it into my old dealership twice before they realized it was low on brake fluid. Just a thought, sometimes the obvious gets overlooked.

Oh I'd laugh my ass off. Then I'd fire the dealership and insist that I move all service contracts to a closer dealer.

That's why they are my old dealership, the guys at the new dealership are top notch.
