Freaking Fog Lights

My fog lights don't work on my 02 explorer xlt. I replace the fuse thinking that would fix my problem but had no luck. Any ideas what to do next?

It's only one of three things: Bad switch, bad fuse, or bad bulb. It's really a simple system.

First check for blown bulbs and a bad fuse.
Next, check for power at the fuse box with the headlights on. Then check for power into and out from the switch. Finally, check for power down at the lights themselves.

Also check the relay.

Dumb question, are you pulling the knob out when you have the parking or headlights on?

Yes I am pulling the knob out, I read the manual to try to find out what I was doing wrong but didn't get any answers. (The only dumb question is the unasked one!) I am not sure how to check for power?? Do you do it with one of those yellow meters? And where is the relay? Thank u guys so much. This is my first explorer and I have a lot to learn!!
