Front and Rear Diff Lube

I know this topic has been covered many times but, should I go with 75w140 in the rear diff and 75w90 in the front? My owners manual only lists the Motorcraft numbers (not the viscosity). Is the Mobil lube easy to find? My driving habits are mostly "light duty".

I just changed over to the Royal Purple 75W90 I think put same in front and rear
