front blower motor 2002 spor trac

Seems may have gremlin here. Front blower motor works and then stops..works a few more days then stops a day or two. Changed the resistor, checked fuses. The next option i'm looking at is changing the blower motor. Can anyone provide feedback here to see if this should work? Lst two optiosn appear to be the motor and the fan level switch on the dash. any thing else? thanks.

Be sure to check all of the grounds, especially the ones behind the kick panels and the neg cable-to-inner fender one.

seems to be the blower motor. I should have orignally done my dad's remedy by banging on the source of the problem. i slightly hit the blower motor withy an umbrella handle and had immediate results. Motor turned and could tell it was running rough. I'm going under the hood this weekend for the motor replacement. Thanks for feedback.
