Front Crankshaft Seal | 4.0L SOHC

2000 Explorer 4 Door XLT 2WD 4.0L SOHC 148,000 miles. The front crankshaft seal is leaking. Any input, ideas, tips/tricks for replacing it? Please advise. Many thanks!

Remove the radiator more room
Keep track of the bolts
Fel-Pro TCS 45986 Timing Cover gasket set
