Front end conversion for 98 explorer

Hey i have a 98 ford explorer sport, i wanna change myh bumper to a 99 one how do i do this and is it gonna be long or hard to do?

unbolt the 98 bumper, and bolt on the 99. thats how easy it is. there is no mounting differences between the two. when look under your truck, you will see two bolts on both sides of the frame.
