Front end noises

I was pulling out from a sloped road onto another, and as my truck went down and the front end compressed down, i heard a squeak. this would most likely indicate bad shocks?

also- my front end makes the same noises when i go over speedbumps

Could also be the kevlar patch wearing away from your torsion bars.

Probably bottomed out your suspension on the rubber bump stops. If it was the torsion bar kevlar patch, it would have been a metal to metal clank instead of a squeak.
