I have a 2007 mountaineer AWD v8 with 79k on it. Every time I go over bumps something in the front end rattles. Also when I'm going about 10-15 I can touch the brakes and it will make it clunk. Then hitting the brakes over bumps, there is no rattle. So I had a ford mechanic look at it, and for the life of us we couldn't figure out what it is. We couldn't get it to rattle on the hoist. Everything is tight as it should be. The brakes all check out normal. You guys have any ideas?
