Has anyone ever had a problem as follows?

I have been driving my 93 XLT for sometime with this noise but it is becoming extremely annoying now and I think it involves multiple problems. If anyone can help me diagnose them and discribe how to fix them I would greatly appreciate it.

First when I am driving down long hills and turning left I feel a slight vibration and believe it is the wheel bearings? But, I don't feel any wobble when I jack it up and try to flex the wheel to feel for movement???

Second, When I back out of parking spaces I hear all kinds of racket and squeeks when I am backing out and turning??? What could this be.

and Lastly, now an then I will be turning and going up a driveway (or any type of bump like, the little bump when you turn into a parking lot ramp driveway....i don't know how to discribe this but, just as you leave the street and head into a parking lot there is that little bumb from the gutter) and I will hear and feel a load knock! from the front end?? Does anyone know what this is??

Basically, I think my front end needs alot of work but, don't know where to start?? Any suggestions or do I need to go pay and arm and a leg to some mechanic who probably won't fix it??

Thanks,

1 could be tierods or bearings
2 some spring part, probably leaf pads or the rubber in the shackle mounts and the like
3 radius arm bushings most likely
