Be sure to get the adjusters while you're at it. The holes behind the '92 and later model plastic covered headlights need to be patched and a 1/2 square hole cut in the patch to accept one of the adjusters on each side. You need to cut off the sockets for the newer bulbs and use the older sockets for the sealed beam headlamps. I'm pretty sure BrooklynBay's favorite sealed beam is the Sylvania Silverstar.

Check this post over at "Ford Truck Enthusiasts" for a lengthy how to discussion with lots of pictures: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/436450-headlight-swap-lengthy-how-to.html

The only difference in the grills is the location of the FORD emblem. Newer ones are on the top crossbar and the older ones are on the center crossbar.

so there is some mods to the core support that need to be made to fit the seal beams and can I use the same grill I have or do I need one for the sealed beam style

There's no need to change the grill unless you want the FORD emblem in a different place.

well it took me 6 months but i finely did the head light conversion from plastic headlight to the glass sealed beams and it was really easy and took about and hour and half for the hole thing and makes a huge difference in light and I'm running the lights i got from the junk yard van

it actually looks better than with the plastic lights.

thats the main reason why I changed them out I dislike the plastic look and they were all cracked and yellow

Ouch! Amazon is showing a price for the LED02X1 of $190 each!
They must sure be some fine headlights for that price (and I thought the Sylvania SilverStar H6054 bulbs were a little expensive at a tenth the price).

O man I really want a set of those and or a set for HIDs but there still not cheap

whats a good housing for this set of LEDs I want to do a set like this in my E350 also
