Front Hitch anyone?

I'm 1" Higher than you and currently at 30.5" with stock bumper, wanna go bigger but there's a 30" bumber height law here

I just went out and measured it but its backed into the driveway which is on an incline so it may or not be exact. From the middle of the bumper, which is the lowest, to the ground its exactly 25". Also my front springs have sagged a good 1"-1.5" so it used to be higher.
Where I live cops really don't enforce bumper hieght and I also dont have to go through any sort of inspections.

If I were to have put a grill guard on it I'd want it like this one:
I'm thinking about adding one to it down the road.
