Hi Everyone, I'm having a hard time removing front output shaft on T-case to replace seal on my 02 Auto V6, Any thoughts ?, 2nd, What size tire can i go to for a stock vehicle, I'm not lifting vehicle, nor have plans to install lift kit, Stock tires look so small 235x70-16, I do not want to affect ABS operation, Or handling, Thanks Chris

Thank You, I did not hear from anyone, I tried again, still unable to remove front flange to replace output seal, I hope i do not have to dissemble T-case, Thanks Chris

Sorry you didn't stick around long enough to get an answer...

But for future reference, the front output shaft on an '02 4x4, both automatic 4wd and all wheel drive, is held in place by a snap ring inside the case. Unfortunately the only way to replace it is to remove the case and open it up. Sorry.
