I have a 98 AWD 5.0 with ABS.. I'm wanting to swap the front pads and rotors. Is this a difficult job? I've done this before on 2wd vehicles without ABS. Is it much harder? Does anything other than pads and rotors need to be replaced while I'm in there? Does having ABS mean the system needs to be bled when I'm done? Anything else I know before I start taking things apart?

Thanks!

No the rotors and the pads are pretty simple - very similar to a 2wd vehicles. All you have to do is remove the wheel and remove the two bolts that each caliper floats on. As you may know, rotors "freeze" to hubs so it may require a little tap.

i miss rochester!

You'll also have to take the craddle off - which holds the caliper. Other than that, simple
