I have differential seats on front (i dont remember that word but not sofa) so driver and co driver has own seats and middle is locker. Textil manual seats no limited or electric.

So that driver side seat is totally hard and nasty to ass. No softness at all.

Is the construction that kind of that i can re-fill that?

Switch is not possible i know and i cant order new seat becouse shippin costs are too too big.

And used seats are very very rare in here Finland.

Or does newer generation seats fit in?

Normally, seats get softer while aging, and you'll have to replace the core. In your case I'd assume you have to replace the foam of your seat. I'm not sure if it is worked into the fabric or if it a layer by itself. An upholstery shop will have the foam in the density you'll need.
It isn't hard to do, just a bit fumbly to work with upholstery.

The word you were looking for is bench. Even though bench seats always reminded me to a sofa. ;)

Car is 187 000miles and co drivers bench is soft and nice.

That drivers bench is hard on where back rest starts -> 60miles and your ass is pain! Not nice when you drive long distance trips...

Yeah, then the seat back (now I'm missing the right word - does Sitzlehne tell you anything?) needs upholstery. That might be even be espalier to do than the cushion: stuff some foam into it, and check if your donkey feels better now.

Easiest though would be to borrow one of your gramma's sofa cushions and give it a new job in your truck.

I took the driver seat apart on mine as it was in BAD shape (prev. owner was more on the plump side).

So the foam needs to be replaced. Also on mine, the weld joint was broken between the cross-member and the frame of the seat-back. So even though the pneumatics and power adjustments all work, the lumbar support would just kind of inflate/deflate the seat :)

cost me ~ $100 to have it welded back on. Next step is to replace the foam and maybe reupholster. For now, its usable - I'm not driving mine daily.
