Front Spoiler for a 99

After searching for a front spoiler ( air dam ) for my 99, I finally found the one I want.

Explorer Express has it in their print catalog but not in their on line catalog. I e mailed them and asked availability. Here is their reply:

Good luck with it. I went through 3 of theirs for the '99 X. Their packaging sucks. Each time they sent it to me there was a crack, or chip out of it. I sent it back 3 times. Not sure if it was cracked before they sent it, or if UPS did it. I told them each time to make sure and package it better, which they did, but it still came cracked/chipped. So, I finally gave up and exchanged it for the Xspec sway bar, and split collets. I do like the way it looks, but if it cannot survive shipment, is it high quality enough to withstand driving conditions. I will probably try it out again in the near future though.
