I got the SilverStars, I think they are 3157AST. Click on My X for pics.

Yep, Silverstars

in my turn signals I have ornage 1157's with a thin coat of silver paint.

They light up orange, but they are silver to look at.

Monmix where did you get your lights and what is the price of them?

they are like 3 bucks for a set and you can get them at any autoparts store. Just get a can of high temp engine paint silver, put a light coat on and your good to go.

I work in a body shop so I just grabed them off the shelf and painted them with a rattle can

Would just spraying the bulbs w/ the high temp paint work for any color bulb? (ex. amber, red, and clear)

Also any particular brand of paint I should buy? just wondering because I am about to try this.

I just used some random off the shelf stuff.

A thin coat just enough to cover
