front turn signal bulbs?

ON my 96 explorer i changed all the turn signal and park light bulbs i upgraded them to the silverstar 3157 they are brighter than stock. ok the right side works fine the drivers side blinks fast because the bottom turn signal bulb on the front is not working. i put the old bulbs back in and it blinks fine so i know it is a resistance issue i believe.

the same silverstar 3157 bulbs work fine on the passenger side front and when i put the old bulbs back in on the drivers side they flash back normal

switch out the bulbs on the right side with the ones you were trying to put in the other side. all of them light up with the original bulbs? There shouldnt be a resistance issue if they are incandescent(?) bulbs
