Front Wheel Problem

My explorer makes an annoying clanking sound when i drive it. It is definitely coming from the front left wheel. I took it to carx and they wrote down the part that needed to be replaced, but i lost the paper!!! Please help, i think it is called the "front mounting...something", but anyway it is the long piece that runs underneath the front connecting the 2 wheels. What is this?
 






Stabilizer bar? I doubt it's broke :)

Most likely is the end-link, sometimes referred to as the stabilizer link, is gone, common problem, there are several threads on it, look under there and see if this is what you see:

There should be a bolt-looking thing between the 2 yellow circles.


If not, or what is there is broken, then that's what it is, and it's a $15 15 minute job to replace.
