Fuel filler ground strap

A brand new member asked me about the fuel filler ground strap, but I accidentally deleted the PM.

I actually just we through this, and removed it from the Navajo, as the 2nd gen (doing a swap for those who don't know) did not have one here.

I don't have one never was one 99xlt made in 98

Sure couldn't hurt to have it. It will bleed any static off the rubber hose.
