hey i have a 93 ford ranger 4.0, its the same deal as the early explorers.
so my check engine light comes on and right when i come out of a dead stop the truck like dumps and hesitates for a second then takes off and then its fine. i took it to a shop and the guy said it was pulling a MAF sensor code, so he replaced it and it didnt fix it, so he put my old one back on.
sometimes if i am lucky i cane come up to a stop and rev it like crazy and the light will go off for a while the come back on in a few weeks, and its driing me nuts, do any of you know anything this could be
