Fuel injector

Hi. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer that misfires on startup after sitting all night then runs fine. I swapped the coil and plug to other cylendars and the miss is still on cyl 2 i believe the fuel injector needs replacement. Anyone done this before? Any special tools needed? Thanks Chris
