Fuel Line Help

Hello there, long time lurker, just decided to sign up today because I have a problem with my 99 explorer sport 4.0 sohc. It seem I have a fuel leak between the filter and the braided steel line that connects to the rail. Does anyone have a fuel line diagram or part number for this piece? It looks like its just a basic line. It doesnt look like it has a return line to the tank from what I can see. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I usually just cobble them together with high pressure rubber line and non marring band clamps.
