WHy you want to do that? if the fuel pressure is off you sould get a check engine warning. I dont see why you cant use a normal tire guage? Juest clean it with soap and water after your done. Should read 39 psi running warm at sea level. Sorry dont have any price for ya but I wouldnt spend more than $10 on one. After all, if its off replace the fuel pressure regualtor.
Autozone and Discount auto have a cheapy one for like 25 bucks that works decent . I got one for messing around cause I didnt bring my good one home from work . Worked good and saved me from replacing the fuel pump for 100 bucks when I didnt need to .
