Fuel pump problem

For about the past 6 months, about every 2 weeks or so, my engine will completely shut down while driving down the road. I have managed to narrow it down to being the fuel pump is shutting off. I have also found that it can be temporarily fixed if I bump the relay box under the hood. I have already replaced the relay for the fuel pump itself..any ideas on what else to check for?

Wires, connections going in and out of that box. Make sure the contacts where the relay plugs in are clean as well.
