You didn't say what motor is has but when I buy a used vehicle it gets a motor and tranny fluid and filter change. The next step is a full tune up Spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor (if applicable), fuel filter, air filter, ect.

EGIT.... Don't forget with those miles I also will give it a fuel pump and new strainer to ward off that headache later down the road.

It seems like just as much if not more of a headache (and expense) to replace parts that don't need it yet, just in case they do eventually... unless you were about to go on a long trip or something. Where would it end? Everything fails eventually.

I don't like tow bills and I do like peace of mind.
