Fuse 35 Rear Blower (W/EATC)

So I was diagnosing a washer pump problem and noticed it was just a dead fuse. While I was looking I noticed that there were no fuses in a few spots. I found that two were shown empty, but #35 was rear blower (w/eatc) was missing. I know this may be a stupid question, but what exactly does the rear blower (W/EATC) do? I looked and could not find any good info. Would there be a reason it is not there? I have a 2000 Ex XLT 4.0 SOHC. I have only had it for a week now and am still trying to figure it all out.

You have manual climate controls in your XLT. EATC stands for Electronic Automatic Temperature Control. It's found in Limiteds, Eddie Bauers, and Mountaineer Premiers. The rear blower is powered differently in the EATC, thats why no fuse in your truck.
