Fuse box location help..

Hey guys I have a 1995 Ford Explorer and one of my fuses blew but I can't find the fuse box to replace it.. I spent about 10 minutes last night and another 10 this morning looking for it. Can anyone help me out with this?

I did locate the one under the hood but am looking for the other one..

Hang on, I've been working on my kitchen all day.
The power distribution panel in question is in the engine compartment, driver side fender, close to the firewall, outboard of the brake booster.

I found the power distribution easy its the other fuse box I cant find..

Driver's side, left of instrument panel behind plastic cover. See figure 6 for layout. ignore picture of location in Autozone - only good for pre '94. See pic from '96 owner's guide.
