Fuse panel removal.

First time poster. I've had jeep cherokees for more years than I will admit and now also have a 2002 Ford explorer. My question to you explorer pros from a newbie is any assist on removing the interior fuse panel so that I can replace the accessory relay on the opposite side. I see one bolt near the bottom of the panel and possibly black clips ???? on the side. Rather than stumbling into a bigger problem, I learned a long time ago to ask those who know first. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks ahead of time.
