Garage door opener

Just started with a new 2013 explorer, great car so far. Having a bit of trouble setting up the garage door opener and can't contact the help number in the manual. Apparently an old model garage door opener. Any ideas?

I think you should re-program it and after doing that just try to use it !!
This would definitely help you, as I was also facing a little bit same problem then I tried this method
Or else if this wouldn't work then just tell me your near by place where you live so that if I knew that place then it would a great help to you!!!
