You definitely need to post up a template for that Burns. My wifes Subie has an access panel like that, and I swear it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I'd kill for one of those on my X!

You could fabricate an access panel from an already available model. The hardware stores sell various metal, and plastic access panels which are used in houses to get to valves, and other things inside of walls, and ceilings.

Yeah ill make a quick template that you can print out and just stick it on.

I have a sport done right now that needs the cover made. Ill make on for a sport later. I think there is a diffrence

Full size bronco's, Bronco II, f150 vans. all have the floats. I changed mine after soldering it and it still leaked..ouch. the spring clip to hold the float was poking holes. If you wish you can do like I did and drop the tank enough to draw a square hole and drill holes in each corner . then you can find them up top and connect the dots . worked great.. I used a motorcycle Jack to hold the tank. they are very heavy with 8 to 10 gallon in them while lying on you back..You need to check the tank straps anyway.. wow I flipped out the Bronco II tank is $100. and the Explorer Tank is $599. Why? The explorer pump is $65. so if you remove the the old one go ahead and get a new pump. bronco ii is $175. plus senser is another $125. Good Luck
