Hi, sorry my first post is about a problem with an Explorer.....
I have a 2022 limited with the 4 cylinder, 4wd, tow package, etc. For the last 3 weeks or so, I have started getting an odor of gasoline in the cabin. It is always after it is warmed up, not right at startup. This weekend it got really bad once on Saturday(while my son was practicing maneuverability), and on Sunday I only drove it about 5 miles and suddenly got it real bad- 5 people in the car all agreed it smelled like gas. It had not been recently filled, and had just over half a tank. Dropped it off at the dealer this morning, still under warranty with about 26,000 miles on it, but naturally they say they don't smell it and can't see anything wrong with it. I declined to pick it up. No spots on my garage floor or anything either. I don't know what to tell them to do, I am not driving it like that. I waited a couple weeks from the first time it happened in case it was a fluke, and it is not. Anyone experience an issue like this?
