hi guys looking for info on the best way to take the exes gearbox of, so i can sell it:rolleyes:.

and are the rear shocks easy to take off as i found them hard to get so some1 may like a set of the self levelers:roll:
 






Gearbox Removal.

Jays1,

The torque converter must be kept on the gearbox to avoid damage, so remove the starter motor to access the torque converter nuts. Take off both propshafts, the lower cat, electrical connectors and disconnect the linkage, oil cooler pipes and the crossmember. Support the gearbox and then undo all of the engine to gearbox bolts. The top ones are a bit awkward. Then slide the gearbox back a bit and lower it to the floor.

The rear dampers are no problem, except that the lower fixings may be seized and the upper ones awkward to get at!
