ok- I am lost on what to do-
I know its not an explorer but very close.
I own a 92 ranger with a 2.9 v-6.
I am going to be swapping the rear out for an 8.8 and the front with a dana 35. Other plans are 32x11.5x15 BFG's, 89 Mustang AOD tranny and a 302.
My question is what to use for gears?????
This is mainly a street truck thats taking off-road when time allows.
I would like as low of a gear that is possible but still want decent gas milage and run low RMPs on the highway..... and suggestions on what to install???
are 4.10's to much? should i stay with a 3.73 or 3.55?
