gen 2 euro?

Well I was on DirectPart.com and noticed in addition to the upcoming 91-94 and 95-97, they are releasing a gen2 set for 98-01. My question is, what is the difference in looks compaired to the current 98-01 euros?

From what I can tell by looking at some of the other euros for different trucks/SUV's... the gen2's seem to have a red reflector added to it. Maybe a legality issue....who knows?
