So after building my 10" stealthish sub http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=396059
I decided to build a 12" that would go in the fenderwell yet have the volume necessary to run the 12 near optimum. Here is what I came up with:
I decided to add some protection by cutting up a protector I bought for the 10in sub I was going to use here:
Here is what the 10" stealthish sub looks like in the same area, notice the duct tape on the floor and fender. That is the boundry of the 12 inch enclosure:
