No longer Goin' Low...

After all the, "I hate street" e-mails and my family giving me ****, I decided to lift her up! I have everything I need and I'll get new tires in the spring. My own family started to dog me about dropping it. One of my younger brothers said he'd shoot me if I dropped it. My dad said he'd disown me if I ever lowered a 4X4! So right then there he called all the people around our camp and a couple of people that own land where he used to wheel as a kid, and asked them to let his boys wheel on their property. Some of them whined a little but most of them said no problem. The only stipulation was that we don't tear up their property. I know that won't be my problem, but my younger brother might not care about their request! Oh well, I guess I'll cross that bridge later. Unfortunaltely they won't let anyone else wheel on their properties! I might have to dust off the ol' sweet talkin' vocabulary and see where that'll get me!!! Aye-yuht, thats what I'll have to do. :p Later - Nate

Sounds good to me. Lowered or Raised are great. I dont take mine off road much really anyway. Now if you drop it. You have to get good rims.

Do you like going down or something? ;)

jk

I'm thinking about some 18"s eventually!

I wouldn't mind 18's, but with tires no smaller than 31's...:D

As long as I have a set of mudders for gettin dirty.

The way the tire manufacturers are going they'll be making offroad tires for 30"s in no time. I saw on TRUCKS!, they went to the SEMA show and had, I think it was 4 major brand making big MEATS for 20" Dubs, and were projecting dates for tires for larger wheels! Its just too crazy to think of anything bigger than 18"s on a trail!!! I thought the whole point of a big tire on smaller wheel was to give some cushion, so stuff doesn't end up breaking!!!
