Thought I'd put my post in here & get rid of that nagging notice! 
I've lurked on the site for a couple of years, mainly when I've had a problem to solve. Today I'm back with problem the search isn't helping with.
Hopefully, the combined brainpower that is here will get me fixed up in no time!
My 99 XLT has the flashing headlight problem, but I'll post in the proper spot to fish for the cure.
